Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Simply contact us right away or before your order ships, by emailing info@gloryactive.com, and we can assist you and best service you!
Will I be charged tax?
Glory Active is based in California. All orders placed in California will be charged a tax rate. International orders may be charged a tax rate depending on each country's rules of commerce.
When will my order ship out?
We hand-press all our orders on demand. Please allow 4-6 days production for us to create your order then ship. All orders have a processing period of 24 hours.
Can I exchange/return my order?
We want you to absolutely LOVE your Glory Active items but understand that sometimes items may need to be exchanged for various reasons (size, color, etc.), so you can feel at ease knowing we have a 30-day Exchange Policy. To be eligible for an exchange/return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original tag attached.

Can I make a custom order?
We can customize! Need a size not offered, color, style, fit or even graphic you love on a different item we currently don't show it on? We can help you with that! We've got all options and we can even expertly outfit and personally size you too with all our products and sizes, just email info@gloryactive.com. We appreciate your business, so let us help you get the right items that you want and are looking for! These special Custom orders are a lot of fun and totally one of a kind, but please note they are also non-refundable and ineligible for exchange.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We are excited to say we can ship it across the globe! Just add your items to your cart, then go to checkout and enter in your address and the international shipping will calculate right there for you as you click to finish and place your order. Easy as that!
For sizing, please refer to our size guide on the product's own page and also you can refer to the general size guide found at the bottom of the site's home page. International orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Can I place a bulk order?
If you are interested in placing a large volume/bulk/team order, contact us at info@gloryactive.com to service you accordingly.
When will my order be delivered?
We hand-press all our orders on demand, so each order is unique. Please allow 4-6 days production for us to create your order. All orders have a processing period of 24 hours. Once your order is complete, the shipping method you select determines how quickly the order will arrive to your doorstep. USPS Priority guarantees expedited shipping orders. Please keep in mind that USPS expedited shipping refers to the time in shipping, and not the total time it will take to receive your order.
Where is my order?
Please allow 4-6 days production for us to create your hand-pressed order. All orders have a processing period of 24 hours. Email notifications including a tracking email will be sent to you once tracking becomes available for your order. Tracking information is also available when you login to your created account to view your order status. Please note that some Standard Ground Shipping orders do not have tracking numbers assigned to them.
Can I pick up my order?
Pick up is not available at this time.
